Gîte LA TOUR

The country house of the Domaine de Maziéras is situated in the middle of 100 ha. of woods, grassland, chestnut, walnut orchards and poplar plantations.
Gîte La Tour is located on the 1st floor of the manor on the Domaine de Maziéras in the heart of the Dordogne with swimming pool, tennis court and horse facilities.
This gîte is particularly suitable for up to 2 people who are looking to buy a home in the Dordogne or to live in France for a while before settling down.

A stone staircase on the west side takes you to the private entrance and sunny terrace facing southwest, the ideal place to dream away in the sun or enjoy a beautiful sunset.

You have a beautiful panorama. The river la Crempse ripples in the distance and you can see swallows skimming over the pool.

From the terrace you step into the living room of La Tour. Here you will find a large dining table with 4 chairs and in addition a bureau for your computer f.e. At the characteristic closed fireplace there is a 2 and 3 person sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped.

In the bedroom there are two single beds. The bathroom adjoins the bedroom and consists of a walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine, next to it there is a separate toilet. In the basement by the pool is your tumble dryer.

In the gîte there is Wi-Fi wireless internet and GSM coverage. You can also use the available television with a wide range of foreign channels, including English.

You can use the swimming pool and tennis court. The swimming pool is located inside the fence and is heated from May to October. Under a ‘kiosk’ you can sit at the table in the shade. There are sun beds and umbrellas and a shower on solar heat.

Because of the spacious layout, the estate offers a lot of privacy for both the tenants and the owners, who are involved in the daily management. The house of Dora and Roelf is located on the ground floor under gîte La Tour.
